One thread per case, shared by clinic and lab. The dentist opens a case and submits records; the lab returns a plan; the dentist reviews it chairside and approves with consent; production follows. Nothing is emailed, nothing is chased.

1. Dentist is the primary user; the lab shares the same shell under a role switch.
2. A case can't leave the clinic until the record set is complete — the app blocks submission instead of letting the lab chase.
3. The simulation is shown chairside, so approval and consent sit on the plan itself.
4. First-onset set count is the dentist's call, defaulted to the lab's recommendation.

• Does the patient sign, or the dentist on their behalf?
• Your real concern taxonomy — I used a standard ortho list as placeholder.
• Ship per batch or the whole first onset at once?

Three structures are wired in — switch them in Tweaks: a five-tab bar, an editorial index rail, or a hub with no persistent chrome.

No plates: the arch is used on its own, and the name is set in the system's serif until you send a dark or blue wordmark — then it drops straight in.
